I am Josephat Onkoba Serembe, a software engineer, leader, and mentor passionate about technology and innovation. As chairperson of the ITECH Club and co-founder of Arifalab Technologies, I have dedicated my efforts to empowering others through peer-to-peer learning, tech initiatives, and innovation challenges. My journey in leadership and technology exemplifies my commitment to excellence and making a lasting impact in my community.

1. Chairperson, ITECH Club - Organized hackathons, bootcamps, and mentorship programs, fostering growth for over 200 students. Club achieved and awarded “Best Club of the Year 2023/2024.”

As Chairperson of the ITECH Club and Lead Ambassador for I4G Circle at Zetech University, I have organized multiple initiatives, including tech bootcamps, hackathons, and workshops, where students from my university and neighboring institutions come together to learn, showcase their skills, and network.
These events provided hands-on learning experiences in areas like cybersecurity, AI, and software development, fostering collaboration among peers and bridging the digital divide. Through these initiatives, I empowered over 500 students by equipping them with practical tech skills and connecting them with industry experts and opportunities.
Vision and Future Impact:
My goal is to create sustainable innovations that solve pressing challenges in East Africa, empower youth through technology, and contribute to global tech advancement.
